Forget about paper and pan during your training session. With the help of the Prollo app your log entries are done in seconds.
Its a straight forward app with a nice design and an easy to use interface.
With few clicks you are able to create workouts, exercises and sets. You can even create your own exercises and set muscle groups to it via icons. The most amazing thing is the statistic section.
It keeps track of almost everything you can imagine like your weight lifting progress, your repetition progress, your average weight lifting progress and much more.

I created this app without stuff you dont need, so you can concentrate on the important thing - Your Training.
